Problem Statement.
Jamal Williams, a 28-year-old tech-savvy graphic designer, needs a streamlined and efficient banking solution because he is frustrated by lengthy paperwork, complex account linking, and slow support, which detract from his preference for intuitive digital tools and efficient financial management.
Goal Statement.
Our banking app will let users open a personal bank account without visiting in person which will affect how people set up accounts by eliminating lengthy paperwork, simplify account linking, and provide fast, responsive support.
We will measure effectiveness by collecting feedback through surveys focusing on user experience, ease of use, and overall satisfaction with the banking solution.
